- Project complete: your team now has 24/7/365 secure access you all your HR data!
How We Migrate HR Records From Paper System:
- BrekGroup receives paper records at our scanning location.
- Records are de-stapled.
- We load all paper records into our secure high-speed digitizer.
- All record are digitized into PDF images.
- Client provided employee list provides us with file number to specific files records association.
- We load you new digitized records into our "Universal History Viewer".
- We pack our application and your data together.
- We securely connect and deploy the solution to your server and / or workstation(s).
- We conduct a personalized virtual training session.
- Project complete!
