How Does It Work?

  1. We extract your records using two primary metods:
    1. Logging in with client credentials and running reports.
    2. We receive a SQL.Bak file and load it into our lab.
  2. Generally, but it varies, we extract your data in a few days. 
  3. Once we have your data, we will email you a confirmation of what we found by data type, date, and potentially company code.
  4. We begin the process of turning your reports into actual structure and collated data. This is where we spend the bulk of our efforts. 
  5. We load your data into the "Universal History Viewer".
  6. We securely connect and install your new system on your server or workstation(s)
  7. We conduct a personalized virtual training session with your actual data.
  8. Project complete: your team now has 24/7/365 secure access you all your HR data!

How We Migrate HR Records From Paper System:


  1. BrekGroup receives paper records at our scanning location.
  2. Records are de-stapled.
  3. We load all paper records into our secure high-speed digitizer.
  4. All record are digitized into PDF images.
  5. Client provided employee list provides us with file number to specific files records association.
  6. We load you new digitized records into our "Universal History Viewer".  
  7. We pack our application and your data together.
  8. We securely connect and deploy the solution to your server and / or workstation(s).
  9. We conduct a personalized virtual training session.
  10. Project complete!
